Happened in Castleton Mall branch: 1. Customer service is so bad. My wife asked the guy (he always in the cake area) to be... seated in a less crowded place and I thought he is going to bite her head off. Lack of manners. 2. Prices are too high: Indiandishes are not made from gold, they need to consider the pricing. 3. Tandoori shrimp was so dry (Guys! shrimp is not thatcostly) charged $ 18 for 7-8 little shrimps. 4. The food is really good. I was initially surprised at the price of each items (~15 USD) but the quantity is a lot. For example, ... 2-3 people can comfortably eat a single serving of biryani. Hyderabad House is known for its biryani and so the northerncuisine (E.g., paneer tikka masala) aren't that great. The food is great, delicious and would recommend take out or carry. Just due to the fact that the place didn't look the best... inside with trash here and there and the walls not looking clean. You do have to pickup what you need to like cutlery andnapkins etc. But overall food is delicious. Read more
Wow. Worst service I have ever experienced in my life. The guy at the register is absolutely no help. He doesn?t know what he?s... doing and really needs to reconsider his career. They don?t know how to treat customers- so please don?t waste your time. Thefood may be good, but it?s not worth the horrible experience going to either of their locations. Read more
