Customer service was very off today. I wasn't greeted So I proceeded to greet the gentleman that was taking my order. He rolled... his eyes as if u insist ill be courteous. Very rude and bland. This is the slowest Jimmy Johns and their phone is disconnected so you can't call to check the status of anything. Freaky fast, not so much anymore. This is the 3rd time attempting to order delivery from the Broad Ripple Jimmy John?s and it... takes forever. I?m still waiting on a sandwich I ordered at 4:31pm and it?s now 6pm. I live less then 3 minutes away.Recommendation do not order delivery from here. Read more
Normal Jimmy John?s. I?ve not had an issues here and always good sandwiches! Not sure if it?s specific to this location or all... of them but they told us a loaf of bread is now $5! These were a good $2 pick up for garlic bread but at $5 it?s ridic. Read more
