2.2 Miles away and they wont deliver? Also, ive been charged different amounts for the same sandwich.
I often order Jimmy John's as they advertise fast delivery but that is not the case with this location. More than a handful of... times, I have waited over 30 minutes for my order to arrive, even after making the arrival time 20 minutes before my scheduledlunch. No one from the store is helpful as they only state they are on their way with no ETA or offer to refund or apply a freeoption at a later date. I would NOT recommend ordering from this location. Honestly the rudest employees of any jimmy John?s I?ve ever been to. The guy taking my order acted like it was a huge burden... that I would even speak to him, let alone ask him for a sandwich. Then, when I received my sandwich, I wasn?t given a bag ornapkins. But I realized that was because I was never asked if it was for here or to-go. Overall customer service 1/10.
