They should have never left their previous location. This is a poor version of what Maxine?s was really like years ago. The... quality of this ala cart is not satisfying. Wings was so good,it makes you want to slap your momma. Peach butter was the bomb,slang for good y'all. Waffles soft and hot... with warm syrup. Staff was cool in a hoodie way. Aaron Brown is a great chef! I have been there twice and both times were amazing. While I was dining I overheard a lady on the... phone praising how good his food was. He also had great hospitality. I ordered chicken and waffles, and the time before I hadgreens, yams, mac and cheese. I also had fries and cornbread. Just know I am never disappointed. One of the best spots in thecity. Read more

Got chicken and waffles and two sides the chicken as you can see in the picture is tiny. For some reason they threw some sugar... and cinnamon on top of the sweet potato?s and the greens were dry and undercooked. The candied sweet potato?s would?ve been goodif they hadn?t thrown extra sugar on top and the chicken had good flavor even though they were small. Read more
