I'm a GrubHub delivery driver and I waited 20 mins (after I arrived) for my customers order. It took me at least 15 minutes to... get there from my house. And there were plenty of people ordering in line and receiving their food at the window. Something toldme to check the customers food and of course, it was cold. So I know it was ready and just sitting there. You walking the orderout to my car 20 minutes after arriving could've definitely been avoided if you would've just handed me the order through thedrive thru window. Service is so slow every single evening we come. 15-25 min wait in line just to get luke warm food and flat drinks
Went to this location the inside closed around 6pm so had to go thru drive thru .had to pull up to pick up to pickup parking... after about 5 minutes a little boy approximately 10 or 11 years old brings my order out. I know he's not on payroll at that ageso I gives him 5 dollars it's a shame that the parents are taking their kids to work to help them do their job whoever thisparent is should be fired on the spot cause if anything should happen to that little guy mcdonalds is responsible. Good thing Iam not a kidnapper the little boy would have been missing. Smh Read more
