Stopped here because I wanted the adult happy meal and wasn't thrilled. The girl at the first window was playing with her phone... and the one at the second basically tossed my bag at me. Seemingly 100% disinterested employees. I'm not expecting the red carpet treatment but man at least acknowledge I'm there at... your drive-thru window. I ordered a sausage biscuit and a medium ice mocha. The manager made the man serving me dump out my medium drink and give me a... small. It tasted good but now I see why people doesn't like to go to certain places. Read more
If I could give it zero I would.... we left another Macdonalds because we waited in line 30mins we drove off...we get the this... mcdonalds..and the picture tell it all..we got old nuggets .soggy fries...we pulled to the curb then still to get oldfood..mcdonalds is a powerful fast food chain...but the workers on the weekend are all younger and most of the staff isunderpaid or just don't care if you fire them...it still doesn't matter to anyone unless it hits YouTube or 6clock news whensomething happens. Hopefully the owner do something to motivate the staff ..there are lots of people that chose mcdonalds to eatsadly ...I don't think I will ever or anyone should eat at this mcdonalds ..service is terrible..its like no management is evenin the place overseeing quality.. Waited for 5 mins and no cashier would come take my order, had to order on the kiosk. Waited another 3 mins for someone to walk... by to get my drink cup. 5 mins later my food came out. Cold French Fries. Of course Ice cream machine was down. My husbandordered separately so we could redeem points and they cleared his order before bring it to him.
