They close the door and ?lock? the lobby when they feel like. The older lady with the crazy hair disrespected my Fiancé by... asking how did he get in the store, maybe thinking she closed the store BUT DID NOT. That was rude and out of line as anemployee and she told my fiancé THE CUSTOMER he was out of line for coming in. He or no one else can?t open a door that was notleft open. I love order from this LOCATION....The Breakfast has always been fresh & correct 99% of the time I order .. Waited 25 mins for 2 drinks and a double cheeseburger with no one in the store. Very unprofessional and rude staff working.... Normally never leave any reviews but this place it was worthy of leaving a negative review. I would rather starve to deathbefore coming back here. Read more
I recently moved to the area and after a few visits to this location I have found it to be consistently slow and the service to... be unfriendly. On one occasion I ordered a head on the app planning to go inside for pickup but the doors were locked with nosign or any indication on why or where to go to pick up my pre-order. When I tried to explain what was going on at thedrive-thru I was criticized by the person over the drive-thru speaker for not knowing what to do. The food itself has been asexpected so I gave three stars rather than one or two based on the service. Read more
