Food was overcooked, bland, the only flavor was spice and not even in a good way. As someone who loves spicy food I felt like I... was eating bland heat, that had no reason to be spicy because it clearly wasn't seasoned. When asked to not add something theyadded it anyway, food has little to no texture. The queso was a horrible mess with the exact same flavor, I've had better whitepeople food. Me and my boyfriend came in to eat he order a cheese quesadilla and a chicken and cheese quesadilla. He asked for the chicken to... be grilled and not shredded. I got a cheese quesadilla and rice. Food came out, and he got shredded chicken on his quesadillawhich he specifically asked for grilled. No big deal. Rice never did come out till 10 minutes later. Boyfriend found a piece ofhair before he even took a bite of his other cheese quesadilla and told the manager because the waitress wasn?t coming back.Manager proceeded to come to out table and argue that that piece of hair wasn?t any of his cooks or staff and that it was ours.I work in a restaurant and I totally get stuff happens but to argue with the guest and turn it around on them??? Notappropriate. Do better. Also read a few other reviews saying that they ALSO argued with the manager. Very disappointing. I had a bigger order for me and my co workers, and they were super helpful and patient. Even though we had take out the quality... of the food was still great. I didn't catch the gentleman's name who helped me, but he was real kind and funny. I'd love toreturn and actually eat in the restaurant. The bar and decor were unique, and the music was awesome.
