Ordered pizza at 10:30pm and they close at 11. Never received our dinner and never received a call or anything with information... on my order. Said it would be here in 30-40 minutes. Horrible customer service. Read more
I ordered online and the email said it would be ready in 15 minutes. I get there in 15 minutes and the food isn't ready, but not... only is the food not ready, they let a customer who came in after me cut me in line. I ended up waiting an extra 30 to 40minutes before they finally had my food ready. The customer service is the reason for the 2 stars. Read more
05/29/2022. I placed an online order at about 3:30pm for 5:30. Well when the time came and went and no order, I called the store... and was told that they were short staffed and had to get Doordarshan to deliver my pizza and couldn't change it to carryout.Well finally @6:35pm my pizza and wings were delivered. The tabs were opened and the pizza and wings were cold. It would havebeen nice if I would have gotten a call on advance to give me an option of picking up my pizza and wings when the were still hotand fresh. But that takes common sense. Read more
