Lastnight I ordered from here worst experience ( & I like Pizza Hut) and I?m leaving a review because they closed at 8pm for... carry out I got my food at 8:45 Joshua brung my food to my vehicle for me. The staff refused to answer the phone for the rest ofthe night so I couldn?t even speak with anyone on behalf of my order! I ordered the big box and a pizza melt quality of the foodwas ridiculous. My wings weren?t cooked Thoroughly and they didn?t have hardly any sauce , they must be out of supplies becausethey put my wings in the pasta container which is aluminum, than the pizza was dry hardly any sauce and the dough tasted sour.Not to mention I ask for plain bread stick with no garlic seasoning and they contained garlic , ohhh and the melt was overcooked it?s was insane what I thought to be a nice dinner for the kiddos was horrible and I don?t appreciate it than to put theicing on the cake , I call Now the next day 12/4 just to be told by Justein that she can?t give me a refund I have to waituntil Monday until Kat returns to work , so they expect me to hold on to this old nasty dry a** food until someone can rectifythe situation this Is beyond horrible customer service!!! I ordered delivery and was sent the wrong food. I called the store and they said they would send the right items out in AN HOUR.... An hour goes by and nothing. So I call back and the previous manager had left and did nothing. The guy there says call back thenext day and talk to the GM. So I called back and the GM said they would refund it. Nothing happened. I decided to order a pizza last night ( Friday 9/30 /2022 ) from this place. I went to the door to pick up my pizza . It was... locked. There was a note on the door directing me to the side of the building. When placing the order, I should have beeninformed of the side pick up window. There were several cars in line. It was dark and didn't seem safe. I waited in line, got tothe window and was told my pizza wasn't ready yet. I was directed to go to the end of the line and come back to the window. Ichose not to. I waited by the front door for a long period of time. My pizza was not baked thoroughly. The meat toppings werevery scarce. I watched the young lady ( possibly the manager ) come outside twice to smoke cigarettes and both times I watchedthrough the see -through glass as she went back to work without washing her hands. I wanted a refund. I was offered a storecredit instead. If I want to catch something from lack of handwashing or get sick from a food borne illness from undercookedfood, I would have taken the store credit. I chose my health and safety over the store credit. I threw the pizza in the trash.I wasted my hard earned money here and I have a feeling, these people could care less. Ordered pizza, estimated time of delivery of 6:05pm to hotel room 306. It's 6:57pm, I step out of my hotel room and I see my... order laying on the ground down at room 305.
