I understand people aren't working and staff is scarce but if you are there be their. Be present. Don't give away food to family... or friends then make the customer wait 28 minutes. Will give another shot hopefully it's a much better experience. Read more
Would give this location negative 100 stars if I could. Ordered two items and was told to park in a spot and wait. After for... about 30 minutes which felt like an hour I proceeded to walk in and ask about my order. I was told with an attitude and I quote?clearly they give your order to someone else.? After asking for my money back they refused and I was told to wait or to leave.These young employees need to be fired. STOP HIRING KIDS THAT ARE RUDE AND DOES NOT WANT TO DO THEIR JOB PROPERLY! This place has the worst customer service. I went through the drive thru a lady said order when you ready. I asked for the spicy... tenders with mash potatoes and a frozen lemonade. She said we can make the frozen lemonade. So I asked for it on ice. She sayswe don't have strawberry sryup. I say fine ill take a regular lemonade. She says pull around I get to the window same lady saysgo to the first window. At this point I really should have left smdh. I pulled to the first and waited for the same lady tocome to the window tell me my total take my money hand me back change and say pull up where the same lady is holding my food outthe window I grab the bag she hands me the drink I asked for a receipt and a straw she shuts the window and goes to the nextcustomer @popeyeslouisianakitcheninc. Each time I have visited this location, they never provide the complete order I pay for. I have ordered ahead, in the drive thru... and I ALWAYS wait no less than 25 minutes. Each of the 3 visits I have had in 6 months, I am pulled to a parking spot. Theworkers are playing and talking on their phones and could care less about getting orders out in a timely manner. I don't gooften but this is the experience Each time I go. I called and they picked the phone up to hang up. Terrible customer service. Icontacted corporate. Enough is enough. Read more
