**UPDATE** : They asked me to send a formal complaint via email. They are not replying and seem to not care about improving... their dinning experience. Very bad management and owners not willing to take ownership of the situation to improve how customersare treated. The three incompetent girls who were closing the store on 8/9/2022 treated my wife like she was wasting theirtime. A PAYING customer, using MONEY, which this business needs to survive, was less important to these girls than closing theshop early. They left my wife's two sandwiches unfinished, just sitting at the toppings prep station. My wife was annoyed andthe lack of respect and we have filed a corporate complaint. Anyone who says the 'customer is always right', is about as dumb asthey come. BUT, the customer is always a priority. Always. Indiana so far has the WORST food service we've ever seen in ourlives. Hire people who value getting paid, because these three girls obviously don't value the customers. We are waiting to hearback from corporate, and expect a full refund at the very least. Read more
I got the Wreck, great sandwich. Cookies are delicious. The put other stuff on the sandwich, I just eat the meat and cheese.
Food was good. I think we went on a bad day because there was a lot going on downtown.
We were wondering around monument circle in Indianapolis the other day and we stumbled upon this deli / sandwich shop downtown.... We enjoyed a wonderful lunch of soup and sandwiches. The sandwiches were phenominal very hardy with lots of meat and freshvegetables the soup was hearty and seemed homemade, I had some Voodoo kettle chips for the first time (very delicious). Weenjoyed visiting with the staff, wonderful girls dedicated, friendly, and professional for young adult girls totally impressedwith this couple of teenagers, my teenage boy was quute smitten with them as well.
