I like Puccini?s. They?re pizza is tasty and their salads are great. This time the experience was less than stellar. We... arrived and there was a sign that the dining room was closing early. I assume due to staffing shortages. The place was busy. The waitress advised us to order quickly so our food would be prepared before a 10 top table. Ok cool but felt I was beingrushed along. My friend and I both ordered calzones. When they arrived, mine was at least 25% smaller than my friends. Idon?t mean height wise, I mean length and width. When I cut into it, I wouldn?t call my calzone anywhere near ?stuffed?. Itdid taste good. Usually my experience is good. Not this time. Read more

It is sad that what used to be a favorite place for my wife and me has turned out this way. The last several times that we've... picked up food here, there has been something wrong with our order. This time it was barely any sausage on our sausage pizzawhich looked like it had been sliced by a toddler who shouldn't be handling sharp objects. And the salad? No lettuce. While thefood issues seem random, the one thing that has stood out consistently when picking up food here is the downright rude servicefrom the counter. No one behind the counter seems anything but angry. They're definitely NOT glad to see you, don't care thatyou are there, and clearly just can't wait to get rid of you. Why did we go back? We used to love this place. It always hadgreat food and service. Each little disappointment, however, has built up. We'd swear to never go back. Months would go by, anddue to happy memories of the place we'd decide to give it one more try only to be disappointed again. I think this time we aredone. Read more

Today was the worst experience that I have ever had at Puccini's. We were sitting at table #23 right by the kitchen door. Every... Door Dasher and carryout customer stood at the pickup counter, some with their personal items placed on that counter. When thatarea got full, people stood blocking our table and the kitchen. We literally stared at butts the whole time we were there. Thechairs that make up the waiting area stayed empty. The place was SWAMPED due to it being Labor Day and people were continuouslybeing sat despite the kitchen being way behind. Management seriously FAILED their staff by not managing the dashers, carryoutcrowd, or amount of in house diners. I paid $44 for a meal that I couldn't even enjoy. You guys have to get it together. Honestly worst puccinis experience I?ve ever had. Vodka cream sauce fettuccini tasted like chef Boyardee, and the worst part?... The ?salad?. The images show all that needs to be said. It?s one thing if a salad is not as fresh, but when it?s literally soggyand brown? Wow. Will never be coming back. Read more

I love the food here so much, which is what will always keep me coming back - but the carryout is terrible. They always... underestimate the time and you end up waiting while there. Also be sure to check your order because they always screw somethingup. The people who work there are very nice, but they need to do something to better operationalize carry out. Just know you'llhave to be patient. Read more
