New to the area this was my second time eating here. The first time I thought the Mac and cheese was too peppery, (that has been... addressed in a previous post/review by someone else and the owner) and the rib tips were a little dry. This time around Iordered ribs, (only available Thurs, Fri and Sat FYI), catfish, okra, Mac and cheese, and carrot cake. WOW SO GLAD I CAME BACK!The ribs were moist and smoked perfectly, Mac and cheese was creamy and while pepper was present it did not overwhelm. Thecatfish was tender, flakey and fried perfectly. Okra was delicious and carrot cake was very nice, not super sweet, but moist andflavorful. The family has already made the plan for our next order. We shall return.
