The worst drive thru experience I've ever had. They wait until the cars in front of you have placed and picked up their order... before taking yours, that way it looks like they're having good turn around but in reality it's really slow. Place order and cantell the dude working drive through is a real piece of "work" by how incredibly rude he was when I placed the order and pickedit up. Refused to give receipt. Overcharged on meal. Food was terrible. No napkins, no ketchup. Service was slow. I will not be back.
the last 3-4 times we have been to this particular rally's there was no wait time from the time we ordered to leaving the... parking lot 4-5 mins with people in front of us, A+ The food and service were on point. This is by far one of the worst establishments Ive ever ate at. The staff is rude its dirty and they never have what they need... for an order. My sandwich had nothing but lettuce and mayo on it nothing else I took it back and inquired about the rest of mytoppings I was told they didnt have anything else. I asked for a refund and the worker tried to give me another sandwich. I toldher no i want a refund u guys don't have all the toppings I ordered she got mad and started yelling and then when I handed herthe bag she threw it on the ground in the drive thru. I contacted corporate about a refund 3 times and I never received amanager call back nor did I get refunded. NEVER EAT HERE THEY WILL NEVER SEE ANY OF MY MONEY EVER AGAIN! Read more
