Went in to this store on my way to work..the worst cs.. cashier was so nasty..I ask to speak with the manager..she also was very... rude..I have been stopping @ this has station since 2012 and loved the service..this is now all new staff..I will be filling acomplaint with the corporate office... This store is on my way to work and very convenient. I Visited a few years ago, and was disappointed by how dirty and... disorganized the store was, and by the coffee area being badly stocked. Visited a week ago and it's a completely differentlooking place - very pleased and I will be returning regularly. Read more
This store basically just stole $4.08 from me.. I went in the store and made a $21.98 purchase.. one item was a single tablet... package of Claritin.. I paid , thanked the cashier and went home.. I opened the package and there was nothing inside. As bad asmy head is hurting I didn't even want to go back up there but I did. I explained to the cashier nothing was in the box.. shewent and fetched the manager on duty (Dorian) who told me we can't verify that so there's nothing I can do.. I argued and showedhim that I had well over enough money in my pocket to not need to lie over 4$ , he didn't care and I , in the end had to pay foranother package of Claritin.. so $8.12 for 1 Claritin tablet.. hopefully someone higher up in management will comment on thispost and let me get my $4.08 back that I payed for an empty package.
