Tried using the mobile app to get a traveler. When I got to the store to pick up the traveler, it wasn?t available. Called the... store a couple of days later and spoke with an assistant manager. He indicated that as soon as you order a traveler/coffee it?smade right away. By the time I arrived, they had already dumped the traveler; because it would have been cold. The allegedconvenience of the app doesn?t seem to be worth it. To get my money back or a possible in store credit has to be done online at$tarbuck$.com. I come to this Starbucks to get some work done, the service and products are good but I've been having trouble with wasps that... get into the cafe. I have to deal with 3-4 every time I spend a day there, some landing on me and others trying to get into myfood. I'm especially allergic to these wasps so it puts a dent on my productivity. You can always see dozens of dead ones in thecorners, something I haven't seen at other Starbucks. I hope they can find a way to start keeping them out! Read more
