Generally speaking, the staff are often unpleasant and the coffee is mediocre.
Some of the staff is very rude and have poor customer service skills towards certain individuals. I understand jobs are... sometimes stressful, but dealing with the public you have to stay professional and positive. Read more

I'll give 2 stars as the rest of the staff that prepare the drinks are always awesome and fast. It's the woman with the red hair... whom ALWAYS has the nastiest attitude no matter the day, time or year. Any and everyone says good morning to her and she justlooks at you as if "yeah whatever, what are you ordering". Whenever you say thank you, she stares and turns her nose up. At thispoint if customer service isn't for her, then this is not the environment for her. It's been way too long for no one inmanagement to adjust this situation. She will continually offend anyone who is there for a beverage or whatever, if nothing issaid about the issue. Read more
