Employees had to finish their conversation before helping. Cashier was rude and purposefully entered drink order incorrectly... after I told her what I wanted. Had to have them fix it. Was not busy at all so there wasn?t even any other distractions. Read more
Everyone is super nice there, but maybe don?t pay with cash if you go into this location? I bought 2 coffees with a $50 bill,... tipped $3 and some change, then walked away and realized I only had $25. Went back and explained what happened - the cashierattempted to make it right, but I realized when I had left the store that they had only given me back $5 instead of $10. I am a frequent Starbucks drinker and partner and this place made me kind of sick. When a customer comes in I know you are... supposed to greet them, funny when I came in no one said anything but the non minority behind me got a greeting. Also I knowthat it is just the show case but there is no reason there should be 20 fruit flys just chillng in there. I?m kind of skepticaleating my chocolate cookie. Idk the vibes were def off at this location. Maybe it would have been better if I wasn?t a minority. Read more
