My drink was as ordered and delicious. Clean and welcoming environment. I had an expired Starbucks card in my iphone wallet... that would not pay via scanner. Staff and Manager were EXTREMELY patient and helpful getting me on track with loading the cardfrom the app instead of the iphone wallet. Excellent Customer Service. Read more
Came in from the hotel, they made my drink wrong and the manager comes out the back, hears about the situation, and makes the... barista do other things while the manager attempts to fix my drink. I got my ice brown sugar oat milk with no brown sugar syrup,so she made it again. Then she started scolding the baristas during the rush and that's not okay. This Starbucks has an toxicenvironment.
