The store opened at 10:30am. We were there at 10:20 along with a few others. The server placed a sign on the window that the... time changed to 11am because they were behind. However, they allowed one customer in to serve, the managers reasoning....Thecustomer had been there awhile????? The teenagers that work there thought this was funny. Starbucks, please tell me where anyof this was professional and/or good customer service. If the mannager had good business practices she should have told us allthe time change before the store actually opened. I voiced my concerns met with more laughter from silly teenage workers whohave no clue about good management. I'm not just going to leave my complaint, I plan to go further, because the customer theydecided to serve was a White woman and yes, I am a black woman who was told by the store nanager that I had to leave because Iused my voice to complain.
