Steak n Shake... I grew up with you. You have a special place in my heart for late night meals after football games and good... times with friends. But seriously, when I've ordered food from you in recent past, I know I am gambling with whether or not I'llreceive half of the things I ordered. Something is always missing. You routinely forget to add my chili. I pray you'll rememberto add in the cheese for my fries. Last night, I got neither (though you remembered the crackers that I never use for the chiliI didn't get). It was so disappointing. And I just wonder how this keeps happening over and over and over. I WANT to order fromyou. But I'm getting a bit weary of receiving my order and going, "This bag is too light to have chili in it... yep. They forgotit. Again." Waited 20 mins to receive cold food and old fries. I love how they say "What can we make fresh for you today?" only to serve the... least appetizing food imaginable. Don't take orders and people's money if you aren't able to provide edible food. Read more
Wonderful heavenly greasy food. Thought that they had closed. Omg. Had their patty melt with extra cheese, grilled onions and... extra pickles.. a mountain of shoestring potatoes and a soda...I ate it all. The kiosk ordering was somewhat disconcerting butnot hard to get the hang of. Don't know what lunch or dinner rush would be like, but 3:30 in the afternoon was great ???? Read more
Food was good. Sad that this has become a "workaurant" now, using the kiosk to order and picking up your own food and drink.... During the times of labor shortage I get that you must adapt and overcome and this was the solution. The food was great, and thekitchen staff was friendly. This is still a better value option for my family. Read more

The service was ok. There was an issue with my friend's coffee order. Apparently when you order coffee inside on the order... kiosk, it doesn't show up for service on the screen in the back. The manager made a fresh pot and apologized profusely but shewaited 15 minutes for a cup of coffee. The manager told us about the issue with coffee orders. I would think if they knew aboutit they would be working to fix it. It is a lot less personable without the service people. Read more
