Everytime I visit this location it seems as if the staff does not care about customer service, they are more interested in being... on their phones and smoking hookah with their friends and coworkers. Our drinks sat at the bar for 10 mins while servers andbartenders stood over our drinks talking and on their phones. This place is in a good location and has so much potential to bebetter! Read more

I *USED* to love coming here. The great service and experienced staff is a thing of the past. I had a server(Sarah) that was... more concerned with flirting with male guests and smoking their hookah. She made me feel as if I was imposing on her to changeout the charcoal, refill my glass of water, or taking away finished plates. Asking some folks(African American) to put their CCdown before ordering and not asking others. Some Servers don?t feel like they don?t have to give their best when 18% gratuityis automatically put on the bill even if they don?t earn it. Really chill environment. Music is nice. And it?s good place to bring your laptop and do some work while smoking hooka. I got... the wings with Kanye sauce and their waffle fries. Wings were overly breaded but still good. I got their margarita and that wassuper yummy. The restrooms aren?t gender based and that?s always way better. They were clean and fully stocked.
