It's not everyday that you go to mess around with fast food employees at 2 am, and they play along. I did not do it out of... malice, but did it to make their night better. Dreydon, Branden, Josh, and Makiah, handled it extremely well, and it washilarious the conversations that ensued. Taco Bell was once a place to get good food at a fair price. Now portions are small and rather than including a reasonable... amount of meat, have a variety of other stuff in its place. Virtually every menue item has less meat. Prices are up and meat isdown. Replacing meat with rice, or potato may taste alright, but the nutrition profile is completely different. The consistencyof what you get varies widely from restaurant to restaurant too. The photos of menu items do not show the item you will get.Compare the taco pictured here with the menu picture. My son and I had lunch today at this location. We walk in and the kiosk os being used. So we are standing there looking at the... menu. When a lady yells we are not taking any orders. Only on the kiosk we can't even see the lady very rude. Then a friendlyguy came up and took our order he was very nice. Also this lady was in there with her good that was wrongly made. The rude ladyyells I cannot give her a refund because they remade the good 3 times. They call the manager he said he is 5 minutes away. Thelady stands there and waits on the manager. When the manager gets there he acted like he owns thats Taco Bell. The lady wasn'tgetting loud or anything he was. Then he proceeds to tell her she not welcomed there anymore. He was very rude acted like shewas the biggest problem. As the ladies are singing and cussing loud while my son and I can hear them. I?ve had 2 great experiences at this Taco Bell location in the past month! One in the dining room area and the other in the... drive thru. The staff is very friendly, quick service and apologized when i didn?t get service ?speedy fast? in the dining area.One lady was hilarious, another moved a chair for me when I was getting a high chair. They seem to be well staffed and make foodlike the pictures. If I had a complaint, it would be too much, yes too much! On the burritos. Otherwise excellent proportionsand kiosk works well.
