This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to! They don?t give you what you order IF (and a big ?if?) they actually let you... order. They are the rudest people I have ever dealt with in customer service. They are tacky. You?ll sit in line for 30 mins-1hour just to receive the wrong food. Their hours are so unreliable because they are going to open and close whenever they feellike it. They are garbage. It?s always dirty and they have homeless or panhandlers people outside all the time asking for money.Just don?t even waste your time honestly. Wish I could give them 0 stars. It?s what they deserve. It LITERALLY took 45 min just to get through to the window. At that point i stopped counting lbvs and i didnt even order my... cinnabon bites i usually get bc i could tell by the line they would be no good by the time i got to them. Just wasnt worth therisk. Would have left if we werent boxed in. EDIT TO ADD: upon opening my food they gave me some terrible potatoes no sour creambarely any cheese smh and my food was messed up smh NOT WORTH IT Update we went tonight 11-3-22 and they didn't have the insideopen at all and the line was so long people almost didn't fit in the parking lot. ???? Ordered mobile pick up but they locked the doors so I had to sit in the drive thru for 10 minutes while my food and pop was... already made and just sitting in a warmer which didn't keep it hot . The food was barley warm. The lady at the window had anattitude said it's my fault for ordering pick up. It shouldnt be an option to order online if you're short staffed and gonnalock the door. I used to hate this taco bell. Everytime I came in here the people were rude and the food was ALWAYS wrong and when u tried to... get your food fixed u had to break arms to get it. I have no idea where you found the AGM named missy....But she is arockstar.... I love it when she's there. She's always in a great mood and my food is ALWAYS fresh.... Y'all definitely need tokeep that woman.... I'm definitely spreading the word that LaSalle taco bell is now ok to go to for ur taco bell needs.
