This used to be the one to go to if you wanted polite service and your order in full, however the past 3 times we have gone here... they have been rude and did not give us all of the items we paid for. When you try to call in to let them know the phone justscreeches in your ear, like a fax machine. My family and I are just about to give up on Taco Bell altogether!! It is notdifficult to read an order and place the correct items in the bag. or at the very least count them! No one wants to pay forsomething they do not receive! Read more

I went to the one on Madison and Hannah on October 14th at at a little after 8 PM and it was already closed and says they stay... open till like 3 or 4 AM that's like the 4th time that's happened then I went there today October 15th and it and it was justcompletely like so so I don't even know it was,it looked like all was like stoned that worked there no smiles no straw nonapkins I mean no Hi how are you, but a look of like why are i here again It's just gotten really bad over there Read more

Went to order and gave my name, my order was called out by a different name. Had to go have my order made 4 different times.... When I asked why this was happening, I received in a snotty tone that "we have a lot going on" no sorry and no hospitality.After I received this smart aleck remark, I look back and see four people standing and talking, laughing, and cutting up intheir conversation. There may have been three orders when they claim that they had a lot going on. The hospitality was dreadful,their food quality was terrible, and they seemed as if they didn't even care about their customers. The dining room was in amess and I even offered to clean off a few tables to help. I received a " no, I will get it. " Which took another 15 minutes forit to not happen. I went and asked for an cloth to clean and help again and she rolled her eyes grab the towel and just knockthe stuff into the floor not covering the whole table with clean solution. She looked at us I said there you go. I would notrecommend this location to anybody, not even my enemies. Read more

Let me start out by stating I was an employee for Taco Bell. I was Serv Safe certified through my employment to become an... AGM. My recent experience was poor, not to mention the fact I was given the wrong order last week. But this week, all we askedfor was theh drop a fresh chalupa. Definitely takes less than a minute to complete that full process. And had every been wearingheadsets, they'd been able to do so without much delay on order times. Instead, they gave us a hard and stale chalupa shell.Pulled back around to of course order a fresh one in replacement to which she said ok in a poor tone of voice and then when shehanded us the fresh one she immediately went defensive and told us the one she gave us was fresh. I just put in 14 hours atwork. I am not about to sit in a drive thru line for shifts and giggles. I literally asked her to throw the other one away whichof course I understand they have rules against that now. But still. No need to argue or get defensive. Maybe apologize and wishyour customer a good night. Maybe just give the customer what they ask for so you don't have to waste product and time remakingit. Definitely disappointed in the service but the food was great once we got it right. Service is everything. Sets the moodfor the whole experience. Read more
