Came to Indianapolis for a work trip, and picked this place to go to for dinner. Couldn't have been happier that we did. The... place has a fantastic aesthetic as a little hole in the wall. The food (Patagonian Shrimp) was, without a doubt, one of the bestthings I have ever eaten. The bartender was chatting with us, cracking jokes, and a joy to be around. He set a great andcheerful tone, and made good drinks to boot. Towards the end of the end of the evening we got introduced to the owner, who gaveus an incredible tour, and talked to us about the history of the establishment and the city. Honestly this place was thehighlight of our trip, and I'll be bragging about it for ages. Read more

Exceptional experience all around - from the quality of the food and the friendliness of the service, this is one of downtown?s... best kept secrets. Having visited the Elbow Room many years past, I was happy to see this place has successfully carried on thelegacy and exceeded that of its predecessor. We will certainly return! Read more

This is it. Here it is. That absolute gem of a restaurant that just exceeds expectations in every way possible. Having been... to all the major steakhouses and power restaurants downtown, I wasn?t expecting much walking in the door. But?I just foundIndy?s best kept secret. It?s classy yet casual. Elegant and old fashioned yet contemporary and modern. A perfect place fordate night or to impress some friends or clients. Open kitchen where you can see (and smell) your food prepared?all fromscratch?from the owner and his team. And it was literally some of the best food I?ve ever had. My steak was utter perfection, the sides paired perfectly, and the cocktails were expertly made. And if they let you in on the secret downstairs, prepare tobe blown away. Just gotta know the passcode! This old staple in Indy which used to be "The Elbow Room" is such a great restaurant, I had lunch and Dinner in the same day. I... am mad we didn't visit before now! Terra was so nice and helpful with making our selections! We started with Alfredo Fries withPork Belly and Bacon, Espresso Martini and Black Berry Vodka Lemonade. For our Main Course we had Buffalo Chicken Wrap andHousemade Chips and Lobster Bisque Soup and fresh made bread! Everything was delightful delicate and great flavor! We willdefinitely be back!
