I don't think I've ever had better food at a Mexican restaurant. The name isn't easy to pronounce (Tlah-oh-lee), but the food... isn't hard to love. We came out on a Friday night with friends to celebrate my wife's birthday. If you've read my reviewsbefore, you know that food allergies and Celiac disease are part of our challenges when going out to eat. But eating here waseffortless. Everything was clearly marked. The establishment's owner, Carlos Hutchinson, was kind and friendly as he helped mywife find safe options. The food came out in a very reasonable time. They prepare their food to order, and you can taste thequality of the ingredients and the preparation. We all ate, and the food quickly disappeared. It was a delicious meal, and Iwouldn't hesitate to go back. There are still items on that menu that I want to try. I don't think I'll need to push very hardto get everyone in our group to eat there again. I had the chicken chipotle taco and the Carnitas taco. The chicken was reallygood but as good as it was, the pork carnitas was the best! If you check out Tlaolli, you will be treated to fresh andwell-prepared food, and I hope you love it as much as I do. Staggeringly good food. Wonderful options for vegetarians, vegans and carnists alike. The Torta (with Chicken Chipotle added)... beat out any meal I?ve had in a year and the Chicken and Rice soup was the perfect cure for a drizzly day.
