Had to switch from Walgreens to Hy-Vee. What a nightmare. Hyvee isn't willing to do much to help with anything. Trying to get an... Rx filled but they're making me be the middle man and it's frustrating. Not good customer service at all. They don't bother togo above and beyond the bare minimum. Read more

I asked my daughter to pick up my prescriptions for me. While she was there the lady assisting her was rude. I asked to pick up... 3 of 6 prescriptions that were ready due to cost. I wanted her to use good rx to help with cost. The lady too over 30 min, toldher she had to take all 6 which I couldn?t afford.
