The customer service was not good at all, training is very important, good customer service skills will have a person coming... back every time!!! The burger was not prepared as requested, a lot of young workers which is ok as long as they receive theproper soft training skills and etiquettes to help ensure the business continued success. Sorry excuse for an establishment. Somethings always wrong, rude service, lazy workers, just to name a few. They have enough... workers that it should be fast friendly service, but instead it?s the exact opposite. The one in Greenville is the exact sameway. I?m curious to see how the one in Cleveland opening soon will be. If I was the owner of this Franchise I would beembarrassed.
