So upset with this location. I grew up in the northeast with Dunkin?s all around me. I love Dunkin and was excited when I heard... they were finally opening one here. But dang. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! Whoever is working the drive thru, lady needs to gether attitude checked. Its disheartening and I think this was my last visit here to this location. This Dunkin is usually very good. HOWEVER today was the worst experience ever and I just had to share. Firstly, they blamed how... slow they were on the lack of being short staffed. Now normally it would be an okay excuse but being we go three times a week,and any other time they?ve had less workers, they still worked quicker than this morning. Secondly, they screwed up our order.All they had to do was slice a bagel, and put cream cheese on it. It took a good twenty minutes to even cut the bagels, andthere was a dime size about of cream cheese on each bagel. They neglected to give us the knives we asked for, and blamed it onthe two new employees. No I?m sorry do better Dunkin just do better. Won?t be coming back for quite sometime.
