I've been to this location several times due to it being close to my home. However I would rather drive out of my way due to... the horrible service. Today I went to the location and the drive thru was quardaned off. So we went inside and rang theintercom at least 5 times to no avail. I could hear employees in the back, but no one came to the window to take our order. Totally unprofessional and typical for this location. On a prior occasion they had no personal pan pizzas and had to go toanother store to complete my order. This location is run by a totally incompetent staff. I would fire every one and startover. Never going to this location again because I know I will be disappointed with the service. Read more

9/9/2022: I asked for my pizza to be prepared a certain way and it was overcooked and the cheese was burned, which is exactly... what ai asked not to occur! This is ridiculous. The employees don't read the instructions on the online order and you yourcompany asks for feedback and never offer any corrective action! It was a complete waste of money because my son won't eat thepizza when it's made like that! ----------------------------?---------------------------?----- I ordered the Detroit style pizzaand it looked like a tomato sauce MESS by the time it arrived to my house. I was so disgusted by the order. It looked nothinglike the picture of the pizza on the website. It was as if they just drenched then WHOLE pizza in sauce, which ultimately madeit soggy! When did the chicken and Cinnabon come in micro size? The micro chicken was only enough to fill 1/32 the container. It came dry... the garlic parmesan (barely any sauce and it was watery), over cooked (hard as "fudge"). The Cinnabon mini rolls look round andplump in the photo... mine look unter cooked, flat and drowning in frosting to cover it up. Read more
