one star for absurd service I had today 11/17/2022 around 1130AM. I don't want to park my bike outside bec there are a lot of... theft in the neighborhood and would like to park it inside (for max 5-7 mins). It would be very understanding if they welcomecustomers first a good morning and politely ask to leave the bike outside, rather than 'hey you have to leave the bike outside.you cannot bring it in'. I explained that I don't want my bike stolen again, and she repeated herself so I just left.Congratulations!!!! You just lost a soon-to-be regular customer. I'll try my luck at Golden Donuts, 2 blocks away, or RoseDonuts. It's not just the donuts... it's the service and welcomeness. The employee needs more training. Read more
