Don?t ever order from here. They mess up almost everytime and hire kids who can?t even figure it out. Ordered. They messed up... the order. We called and they said they would make it right. Walked into Pita Pit in Innisfil tonight at 7:25 on my way home from work. Noticed 1 employee on his break, and a young girl at... the counter taking orders. There were 6 people in front of me, and I am pretty patient. I then watched this girl take all theorders, then proceeded to make the orders 1 by 1. After waiting 25 mins for my pita, I finally said something! Oh theyapologized but what did it matter at that point? Where is the owners? Supervision? Horrible customer service and lack of communication with customer. I ordered rice bowls and they send the food with no call they... had no rice. If they would have called to let me know i would have asked for a wrap! The girl was rude said they are to busy tocall. Now ill go make my own rice so i can eat dinner! Today I watched the only employee working struggle to take all the orders and make everything by herself. I don?t understand why... you guys cannot hire one or two more people. I get it- might save you some money here and there but in the long run it causesbusiness loss. Take care of your employees if you want them to stay. Get your act together before you lose customers.
