The atmosphere and service do not reflect Friday Harbour. For a Starbucks in a resort they are very unfriendly, slow and not... accommodative. Kate was unfriendly and impatient while taking our large order, and asked us to leave and come back because wehad to add more money into our Starbucks app since the order was more expensive than anticipated. The app glitched and we endedup needing to put another $50 which also didn?t fully register and when we asked for help she said try leaving Friday Harbourand then checking. The drinks came after 15 minutes. I know and hope you guys can do better to represent the amazing resortFriday Harbour. Read more
Came in Thursday late morning and I was appalled by how poorly the manager treated her staff and her customers. Very... condescending, horrible communication skills, the manager clearly has no desire to work this job and wants to let everyone elseknow it. The other staff are lovely and very friendly. This Starbucks is one of the best locations I?ve been to! Firstly I would like to add the overall location. It has the perfect... view overlooking the pier. The cutest patio for the summer as well. Next, I?d like to add the amazing customer service from theentire team. Quick, and great drinks! And lastly, both the managers have been nothing but awesome. This location doesn?t know the policy of Starbucks At All, different manager different information which is ABSOLUTELY wrong and... makes no sense.some times they give you refills sometimes they don?t Unacceptable attitude , I am Starbucks?s customer in last15 years and I know their policy better than their managers in this location. I asked them for the written policy of Starbucksin their website where showing that this location does not offer refills for hot coffee or tea!
