I went in for the first time and the only thing I can say about this place is that it is Quality. The staff at the counter were... friendly and got my order taken right away. I tried the butter burger and an ice cream sundae. The burger was great. The vanillaice cream that I ordered had some kind of issue, but the staff handled it very well and got me taken care of with no problem! Went through the drive thru, ordered the chicken tender basket and the guy taking my ordered was trying to get me to order... something else. When I told him no, he was extremely rude. Iowa nice doesnt apply to this location. These people have no concept of service?may as well be Mcdonalds?at least then I wont... be surprised by childish rudeness by a Manager of all people. My food had been waiting for me when I walked through the door. My cheese curds were the only freshly prepared food I received.... My double bacon cheese burgers and fries were cold just like my soda with ice in its. A deterrent for any subsequent visits. Read more
