Placed an order through the app. Delivery driver cancels (DoorDash - shocking, I know). I get an email telling me to call the... store because my order was canceled. Call the store. Girl says she issued a refund which will take God knows how long to clearmy bank and I now have to re-place my order so it get re-assigned to a new driver and my food that?s already sitting there willeventually be delivered. Two forty dollar charges til the refund clears? No thank you. I ask if I can just have the food sincethe problem was on their end. Nope, I have to reorder. I told her to keep it.
