The service was very slow. I sat there for approximately 10 minutes without the server even doing a drive-by. Eventually, I went... to the bar to get a beer. I order the bone in pork chop. It was a very thin cut mostly fat and slightly under cooked. TheBrussel sprouts were dry and under cooked. On the positive side I paid 5.00 for bread and some olive oil. Vue is an awesome experience for anyone who loves the Iowa City food scene but wants to change up their scenery. Being on the... 12th floor gives amazing views of downtown and beyond. It kinda gives off a big city feel being able to dine so high up. Theirdrink menu is great and their food selection is unique but not off the wall. There’s something for everyone and the fooddefinitely hits the spot. We shared the charcuterie, beef skewers, mac and cheese, and chocolate cake. We made a reservation for a friend's 30th birthday on Sunday night. Parking wasn't ideal and signage on the outside of the... building is minimal, but we didn't have too much trouble finding it since, ya know, we knew it was on the rooftop! Service wasa bit slow with limited checking on us, but all staff was very kind and friendly. We felt like they definitely appreciated ourbusiness. We ordered a carafe of one of the sangria drinks, a charcuterie board, and a variety of meals. All of us were veryhappy with the food selection and the flavor!
