Have been waiting on our food (with no one in line) for over 15 mins on Halloween night. Also, there was a sign that said they... are out of roast beef! What?!? Can't believe the poor planning and service we received tonight. Read more
No problems with taking our orders. After taking our orders, we waited for not long at all for our food. She finally called for... me to get the food. Both of our sandwiches were awesome! I've always had great service at this location. The last time I went, part of my order was wrong, but they were quick to make it... right. The service is quick and the staff is nice. The food is served warm, other than that you're eating at an Arby's, youshould know what to expect. Oh yeah, they don't have potato wedges, so ya know, kind of a bummer.
