Important note:. This is not a stand alone Starbucks. It's a cafe inside Kroger's. I only mentioned that because when we moved... here I had no idea. Because it's a cafe there are times there's only 1person working so it can be a long wait. They also don'thave the full menu you'll find at bigger Starbucks. Read more
This place is great over all, but there is one problem. There is one lady named Kursy who is very rude, is on her phone while... making drinks. I normally hate posting bad reviews especially if I get awesome customer service. I didn't speak up because the line got busy... and didn't notice the white residue until I got home. This would of been the 2nd time if I went back to get it fixed they messmy order up. I tried to make it as simple this time. I'm a very regular to the store. So, I don't want to talk bad about myfavorite grocery store. These coffees are hit or miss. As much as it costs I hate to keep trying over and over and always havingto get it wrong.
