I got to Neu Cup at exactly 11:52am and got in line behind two other cars. After 8 minutes, a worker came outside and removed... their menu sign. As i pulled up to the window, i saw that they closed at 12:00. But nobody was serving the cars that were inline while they were still open. I was always a very loyal customer coming here 2-3 times a week, but the lack of customerservice really stood out today. At least the person who brought the sign in should have told the people in line ?hey, we areclosing now, but since uou were in line, we will serve you?. Nobody told the people waiting anything. Including the carcurrently at the order window. Like i said, i usually love this place. And although im very dissappointed in their servicetoday, i will be back again. Yall can do better. This little drive up coffee stand is adorable! Both times I went, I got the iced caramel macchiato and it was so good. The girls... at the window were very helpful and sweet. It will be my new go-to place for coffee when I'm visiting the area. Read more
Great drinks; although they haven?t always been consistent in the past (ie. i used to order a specific latte that included 3... shots before I changed to a different latte as I was told my original latte order no longer included the 3 shots in the baseprice). I was very pleased to learn they have oat milk with my dietary restrictions of lactose & nuts [along with a dislike forsoy]. However, my poor guts gave away that my request for oat milk had to have been overlooked my last visit ???? Read more
