This location has a lot of nerve. You guys changed you?re 2 for 7 menu so when I pull up to the drive thru I ask for one moment.... The lady on the box replies with ?sure, there?s only a line out the door.? Then when I?m ready I get answered with ? we?re allwaiting on you? really ? I don?t need that rude unnecessary comments. When I ask for the manager she says that she is themanager. That?s why restaurants and store fail. Then she tries to justify her actions by saying, ? oh well your the only personwho has made a complaint about it? just because other people allow her rude attitude does not mean I have to put up with it. Yeah, it's fast food, but its tasty and cheap with a variety of meats. This location has good service with cheerful attendents.
This Arby's is good and clean but I feel like there isn't as much meat as they used to put in the sandwiches. I got a regular... roast beef sandwich and two jalapeno sliders. Tasted great but a little short on the meat. Maybe it's because inflation, I don'tknow. Still tasty though. Read more

This place is one of the worst fast food chains ever. Bad customer service all around with no sense of decency whatsoever along... with lack of kindness and courtesy; the food is not that great either served with terrible quality and presentation. Evennearby McDonald?s do a lot better than that. The staff at this Arby?s even throw a bad attitude at you for no good reasons. For example, they don?t even greet you when you drive up to the window and then they almost shove the food right at you. Dothey not have good manners or what??? I had to set them straight and teach them a lesson about that. Manager was there but didnot care. Horrible disgusting behaviors. What is their stupid problem??? I once tried the Arby?s near Disneyland and that oneis not this bad. There is something terribly wrong with the service, staff, and food quality at this Irvine location. Iexpected more from Irvine coming from Laguna Beach. Maybe that?s why this place is losing a lot of customers and look sodeserted compared to the better restaurants and food chains nearby. It?s no wonder McDonald?s still ranks at the top of the?Best? restaurant list worldwide. I always see long busy lines at chick filet (another great fast food chain), In n Out,McDonald?s, Panda Express, The Habit Burger, Taco Bell, Red Robin, and many other great restaurants in the area. This Arby?slook dead and abandoned. They might as well shut it down. It?s worthless. They either need to learn how to be better humanbeings or get out permanently. Nobody needs that kind of service or behavior, especially from a place that serves food. It?srepulsive, unacceptable, and unethical behavior. I don?t recommend this place but if you want bad fake services and bad qualityfood, then go for it. I will never go back to this Arby?s again. NO THANK YOU!
