Delicious hot pretzels and friendly service
Disclaimer, this rating is based on a personal experience that may not reflect with others due to its specific nature, but... thought it was worth sharing in case the evil lady gets to see it. My 3 year old loves going to the Fashion Island location,but every time we?re at the Spectrum something sours the experience. Today was the cherry on top though. We get in line at 9:57PM (they close at 10 PM) and the lady from inside comes out an announces the line ends right before us (so the person in frontof us got to go) karate chopping in front of my kids. 3 year old was crying upset that he couldn?t get his pretzel. I completelyunderstand and respect closing times. If it was just us adults being told no it would have been fine. If the line ended 3,4,5people in front us I would have understood. But this was unnecessarily cruel to a small child who just wanted a pretzel. Read more
The cinnamon pretzel bites and a lemonade hit the spot! They balance together so well! Truly recommend ^^
Spent $34 on pretzels this afternoon only to get home and find they didn't have the extra salt I ordered and they were all burnt... and were obviously sitting for a while.
