Stopped by this gem coming from Family Vacation and in glad we did. Manager Javier was very attentive engaging with the diners,... and our waitress Rosa is very organized, attentive, fast and patient and understanding with my little ones. Restrictions werereally clean, paper towels and sopa dispensers full, smelling clean and the food is great. Definitely will be coming back tothis spot as we have favorited amongst other diners when we go on family trips along the Interstate 5. Read more
This is probably the worst Denny's I've ever been to. I don't know why I keep going back. The dining room smells like a... backed-up toilet. Tonight, we had been there for 50 minutes without receiving our food. Other tables that arrived after us hadalready received their food and left. The only excuse offered was "sorry, the kitchen is backed up." The cook is back theretwiddling his thumbs while the servers are at an empty booth gathering silverware and napkins to do rollups. It was very obviousthey forgot to put in our order. They offered a free soda while we waited, which we declined. We just wanted our food. It becameincreasingly obvious that we were never going to get it after an additional 15 minutes, so we left. This isn't the first timethey have forgotten to place an order. Two years ago, only half our table's orders were placed. The other half ended up leavingto find somewhere else to eat before anything ever showed up. This is not how you run a restaurant. P.S. Beyond upset after our visit here today. We were sat on the patio with our 1 year old and it was chaos. 2 different parties of... people were rearranging the outside tables to the point where we were blocked into a corner with people slamming their seatsinto us and pinning us to our table and no staff said a word. Waiters couldn't get to our table and instead of telling people tostop shoving people and crowding tables they were actually trying to squish by and holding hot trays full of plates and knivesabove my 1 year olds head while getting shoved by other customers. My 1 year old was elbowed and hit by purses of people tryingto just get out of the patio. I am so upset. At one point a waiter shoved into my child scaring and hurting her to the point Ineeded to just hold her on my lap crushed into a corner so she wouldn't get hit anymore by people passing by. They did not bringus all our food and we had to wait almost an hour for our refills because no one could get to us with people moving tables andblocking walk ways. This is so unacceptable!!!!!! My child was hurt and could have been hurt worse! No one should go tobreakfast and have to go through that experience. Never going back!! Read more
HORIBLE SERVICE. Drinks sat empty for over 30 min. Seating seamed way overcrowded while customers were re arranging there... tables themselves and bumping and making less and less room. Waiters holding trays of food and silverware and hot coffee overour 1 year olds head wile serving other people... will never go here again and have never had this bad of an experience beforeANYWHERE..
