The last few times we've come the food has been mediocre and cold and the wait is way too long! We waited 20 minutes for our... food today and it wasn't busy at all. There was one couple ahead of us. The kabob wasn't cooked well and had an odor. This wasthe last chance we gave this place. Not coming here again. I used to come to this place a lot and I had 5 star review before. But last couple of times unfortunately I had bad experiences.... The food is not like before. I feel quality dropped a lot. I really like the people who work there, that's why it was hard forme to give this place a 3-star! But, I hope this helps them solve some of the issues and bring this place to the level it wasbefore. The main issue is food quality. Almost all of the food I got in my past 2-3 times were cold. They made the meat andleave it there to become cold before put it in plate or wrap!!! Maybe because it is cold, it feels not fresh and does. Ot tastethe same. The other issue is Fries were not cooked properly. They get soggy so fast and makes the whole experience reallybad. I really hope this place get back to their glory times. I really missed those days! I might not go there anytime soon, butdefinitely will get them another try later. Read more
