The sauce and toppings were excellent. The gluten free crust was solid and the chicken was well cooked. Many options available... for those with celiac and I did not get sick the next day. I will happily visit again with my children. I hope they continue toadd gluten free options as they have done them well. Read more
I asked for lite cheese, I did NOT get lite cheese. I got a large and it was sized more like a medium. The pizza ingredients... may have been fresh; I don?t know. What I do know is that it was bland and not close to the value of what I paid. Part of thedough was undercooked, which is ridiculous considering they have a pretty thin crust. It is blatantly obvious that this placeis understaffed: I ordered several hours ahead for a pickup; when I got there on time, they had not even started making theorder yet. I had to wait another 20-30 minutes for the pizza to be made. While I was waiting, the phone kept on ringing nonstopand no one answered it. It was just one phone call that kept on ringing. When I tried to call earlier, I was left on hold for 20minutes. I finally understood why it seemed like they had so many callers! There were two teenagers in the back making thepizzas very slowly, one ringing up orders, and one person driving the delivery orders. That?s 3 in-house employees onValentine?s Day, when this place is offering specials. They obviously were doing the best they can but Fresh Brothers couldimprove drastically if they hired even one more person to make the orders more efficiently. The only plus is they made a heartshaped pizza on Valentine?s Day, which was cute. My girlfriend liked it. I ordered pickup at 6:20pm but the food was ready at 6:00pm. Me and my family had to eat cold pizza. What?s worse is the food. I... ordered ?medium baked? pizza, but this was what I got. Pizza was overcooked, and even tomatoes and bazil are burnt black. Myhusband complained to the staff, but they said that this is how it usually is.
