Additional Information
Clean and surprisingly fast for it being a busy McDonald's. I've been to this location three times now and the fries were hot... and fresh unlike some other locations. Same with my burgers. I would estimate I waited no more than two minutes for my meal eachtime and I saw that is was made to order, not sitting on the line. I always eat in the restaurant and the inside, including thebathrooms, were very clean. I watched as workers were quick to clean the table after a customer left. This is a good McDonald's. Read more
This WAS NOT the Irvine location, it was Red Hill & Bristol location!!! Ordered in drive thru several meals and a regular... hamburger with ketchup ONLY & got a bun WITH NO hamburger.... I?m here now been waiting at the front counter for over 5 minutes with no acknowledgment, there is no cars in there is 4 orders... on the screen from the drive thru. Ridiculous!!! I go here once a day (AT LEAST) to get a large Carmel Frappe & not one time have I had a good experience. if it... wasn't for them being so close by my work I would have cut them off a long time ago bif you aren't capable of serving peoplewith a good attitude I suggest getting another job.
