Kind of unfriendly mannerism and attitude by the staff. Only one lady that was working everywhere and looked super busy seemed... to be genuinely nice (glasses lady). The food was bland and is like a fusion of more than one cuisine. For pho particularly,you'll get superior pho at a family owned business in Costa Mesa/Garden Grove/Westminster areas for $10. If nothing else is opennear you, then I recommend this place. Otherwise, make the drive to the next pho place! Read more

Came down from the Bay Area to bring our new freshman to UC Irvine and stumbled upon this wonderful Vietnamese restaurant.... Really delicious and expertly prepared dishes coupled with friendly and attentive service made our meal truly memorable. We’ll be back in October for parents weekend and for sure we’ll become regulars over the next four years. This is hands-down the best Vietnamese restaurant you’ll have. The garlic chicken noodle is absolutely delicious and the Pho... is world-class. Initially, we were going to get everything to go, but decided to sit inside and enjoy the meal — the servicewas excellent. We were greeted by smiles and thanks throughout our experience. Bravo!! ???? Delicious Dining! ?????????? Brand new tasty dishes as well as the old beloved ones. Since the new ownership the... food has been elevated. Formally Phans 55 with another owner, the place has been switched out to new ownership, name, andideas. Fast transitions turn overs can be hard and can take a minute but happy to say now that Food Menu has been elevated aswell as new yummy boutique upscale libations, and the new Giant projection Tv is up and running…this restaurant is absolutelyPACKED!!
