The staff here are great, but a few weeks ago this store disabled the ?order ahead? feature. As I understand some stores have... done this because they say it?s detracting from the experience for in store customers. I hope the owner/manager sees this reviewand recognizes a simple fact: the vast majority of people do not go to Starbucks for the ?in store experience.? They go for thesame reason they go to McDonalds: it?s convenient and fast. Without being able to order ahead, this store no longer providesthat speedy convenience. Read more
I am very disgusted and mortified by this!! ! My dad got a cup of coffee at this location and when he got to the end of his... coffee he found worms at the bottom of his drink!!!!! My question is did the worms come from the coffee or the coffee pot?!? Ifnot, then I am PRETTY sure the barista MUST have seen these worms in the cup AND still served coffee to my dad!
