Visited Taco Bell in archdale, NC last night. Even though there was 1 vehicle in front of me, I still had to wait in the drive... through for 10 minutes before being able to order. Everything I ordered was thrown in the bag, barely wrapped so that everythinginside the tacos fell out. The food was so cold and nasty we could not eat any of it. The Mexican pizza tasted like it had beensitting in the box for several days. I had probably the worst experience with our local Taco Bell ever! I bought 4 chicken tacos and paid $18. The chicken was hard... and the tacos were cold. Since I went through the drive through I specifically asked if napkins and sauces were in the bag. Iwas told yes. Nope. So I had to park and make a special trip inside. AND one of the 'chicken' tacos which I paid extra for wasbeef! Never again. What ever happened to the Taco Bell we grew up with? Good, hot, food? Food we used to crave?? Not now. It wasso gross. My parents and I went for lunch and we ordered our food but it never came I asked about it they said they were short staffed and... it took a long time to cook the fries people after us were receiving their food but we still had not received ours I asked forthe manager I girl said she was her name was Branie she would get on it waited another 15 minutes still no food I believe herfriends came in and she gave our food to them for free this was very unprofessional I do not go to Mcdonald's now because ofsimilar things now Taco bell is on that list. Very upsetting to be treated that way. I ordered my food through the mobile app. They completely disregarded the instructions that I had left like no lettuce, no... beans, I asked for rice. I did not get that and I didn?t get my drink which was a coffee. When I called the place that I hadordered from, they said that they couldn?t refund my money. I did not get what I ordered and I got charge for stuff that I didnot get. I do not like this and I will never go to a Taco Bell ever again thank you and have good day. I was at Taco Bell store in chesterfield airport Road 17090 chesterfield.Could not believe that they were charging $34 dollars ... for 10 tacos. I have never paid that much for tacos, ever? And $5 dollars for extra sour cream. It is crazy I can go to storeand buy the stuff and make my own. Probably even taste better. Just way to much. I?m done you just lost a customer as of today.
